Full Name: Mind’s Eye Control Host Access (MECHA) System

People implanted with the MECHA tech are referred to as MECHA/Humans or MECHAS (MECHA/Soldiers) if they are in the military

While not as seamlessly integrated as the implanted version, the headset still provides a highly immersive experience and allows users to interact with machines and access virtual reality environments.
